This 22-part informative and entertaining magazine-format television series for women looks at all aspects of health with the emphasis on staying well, and recognising and preventing disease. Through lively features with real women working through personal health/wellness issues, and interviews with experts in a number of fields, the series presents an excellent source of information in a variety of disciplines including medicine, kinesiology, nutrition, psychology, female sexuality, sociology, stress management, alternative medicine/therapies and safety issues.
The host of the program is Dr. Sue Taylor, MD, a concerned and empathic physician with a strong interest in womens' health issues and public education.
